Every Thursday Morning

This is a free session for ANY ATHLEtE looking to really sharpen and improve their running by running with like minded athletes. This will suit any athletes training for 5k to ultra marathons with some experience. The sessions are focused around varying the intensities, terrain and elevation to give athletes a well rounded base of fitness to rely upon.
